- If you choose the portrait + flower crown option, we will provide you with instructions regarding the flower crown once your pet's portrait is completed.

The image quality of the photo you send us should be around 300 dpi. If you took the photo with your smartphone, there is no problem.
[Procedure for using portraits or watercolors]
- Designers create portraits and watercolors.
- Once the artwork is complete, we will ask you to confirm it.
- After checking, we will show you an image of how it will look on your smartphone case.
- Layout changes can only be made once.
- We will proceed to making smartphone cases.
If you would like to use a photograph, please start from step 3 above. Place the entire photograph on the case.
When to use portraits or watercolors
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders.
- A rough sketch of your portrait will be sent to you within 10 days.
- The watercolor sketch will be sent to you within 5 days.
We will ship your smartphone case 5-10 days after you have confirmed the image of the case.
