section5 - Product or Service
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor's display of any colors will be accurate.
Our shop is digital art. It is drawn on a PC or iPad.It is not drawn directly on paper. If you have any questions about digital art, please use an internet search.
When it comes to watercolor paintings and portraits, I cannot draw expressions that are not present in the photograph (for example, a smile).We cannot draw collars or clothes that are not in the reference photo. If you wish, we can do this once for a fee. However, if you are not satisfied after that, we cannot make any corrections. We will only depict items that exist in the original photo.
Watercolor paintings of pets are generally done around the head and neck. If you would like the whole body painted, there will be an additional charge.
We create digital art. Using a sketching technique, we faithfully draw one photo for each animal. We cannot accommodate requests to draw the animal without clothes (as the fur cannot be seen). In that case, our staff may ask you to change the photo. Please note that we will create the artwork by referring to the changed photo, but not the original photo.
In addition, the watercolor menu only includes pets (people) and one type of background. Changing the background color or specifications will incur a fee.
Regarding backgrounds, changing the background color is 500 yen each time. After the third revision, each revision will be 1000 yen.
When our staff sends you a confirmation request regarding photo changes, if you request to change the photo, an additional charge of 2,000 yen per pet will be incurred.
If you change the menu after placing your order, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for the change procedure. (If you want to change the menu after creating the draft, please place a new order.)
The watercolor painting range is usually limited to the neck area. If you have a full body or other specific request, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact our staff regarding the additional fee. If payment is not received, we will prioritize painting up to the neck area.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right in different ways depending on the circumstances. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We also reserve the right to discontinue selling any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where prohibited.
Please register with an email address other than that of a carrier such as docomo, au, SoftBank, etc. Carrier email addresses cannot receive emails from us regarding image data.
Please check the draft for all elements, including pets, background, names, etc. You can make unlimited revisions at the draft stage, but once reviewed and approved, we will not be able to accommodate additional revisions for any reason.
If we don't receive a reply within 7 days after sending the draft, we will ship the draft drawing.
section6- Accuracy of Payment and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse your order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may not include restrictions on orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, or the same shipping address./This includes your billing address, or one or more of these. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or resellers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

This campaign offers limited edition designs free of charge to customers who purchase watercolor paintings during the campaign period. Please read and agree to the following terms before taking advantage of this campaign.
1. Campaign Details
・This campaign is only applicable to customers who purchase watercolor paintings or glow mirror art.
・The designs to be given as gifts will be provided in digital format (image files) and sent to you via email.
2. About the design
・The gift design will be one of the samples prepared by our store.
We do not accept requests for specific designs.
- We cannot accept any modifications to the gift design.
(※Once you purchase a watercolor painting, we will provide unlimited revisions.)
3. Shipping and Delivery
-The only product that will be shipped is the watercolor painting you purchased.
- The gift design is digital data and does not include printing, framing and shipping.
If you would like a gift design printed and shipped instead of a watercolor painting, there will be an additional charge of 2000 yen.
