Refunds
Our portraits and watercolor paintings are completed by our staff, typically taking an average of 7 hours per artwork. We send the initial draft to customers for review, and any requested adjustments will be made. Please note that complete redrafts are not available once the final artwork is completed.
Refunds, returns, or menu changes cannot be accepted after the initial draft has been created, even if the final product does not match the customer’s expectations.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for initial damage to the product.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of order placement will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount.
- Cancellations made between 4-6 hours after order placement will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount.
- Cancellations made between 6-24 hours after order placement will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours after order placement will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount.
