3. Production and shipping
Once you have confirmed and approved the draft, we will begin production of your Luminous Mirror Art. (We will ship your order within 3-7 days after confirmation.)

Photo Guide

Here are some tips when choosing a photo!

• Make sure not to cut off any part of the face (for example, the ears).  
• Select a clear and sharp photo so we can capture the texture of the fur accurately.  
• Photos taken in natural light are preferred over those taken in dark settings.  
• If you don’t want the clothing depicted, please upload a photo where the fur is fully visible without clothing, as parts covered by clothing can be hard to depict accurately.  
• Choose a photo where your pet is close to the camera. When taken from a distance, it becomes difficult to capture your pet’s unique features.

Can I review the sketch before it is shipped?

We will send you the sketch via email from KissPaw. Once you have reviewed it, we will proceed with the shipping arrangements.　

Are the images generated by AI?

No, we do not use AI. All of our art is created entirely by hand by our artists.

Can I order a portrait of a person instead of an animal?

Of course, we also create portraits of people. We have had the pleasure of painting many children and newlyweds and frequently receive orders for portraits as 60th birthday gifts.

If I am not satisfied with the sketch, what should I do?

Please let the assigned artist know your revision requests, and they will make the necessary adjustments. You will also have the opportunity to review the artwork after the revisions.

If I don’t have a single photo with all of your pets, how should I proceed?

Separate photos are no problem. Please upload one photo per pet, and we will combine them into a single artwork.

What kind of background is used in the watercolor painting?

The background of the watercolor painting will have a watercolor-style dot pattern behind the animal/ human. If you have specific color preferences for the background, please include them in the request field when placing your order.

Can you paint animals other than dogs and cats?

We can draw any animal, except insects!
