Here are some points to consider when choosing photos:

• Be careful not to cut off any part of the face (e.g. ears).

• Choose a clear, sharp photo as you will want to see the coat.

• Photos should preferably be taken in natural light, not in low light.

• If you don't want clothes drawn, please upload a photo without clothes, as we won't be able to see the fur where the clothes are covering it.

• Choose a photo where your pet is close to the camera. If the pet is farther away, it will be harder to see its features.

Can I see the pet portrait before printing?

Yes, KissPaw offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 5 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

Are the images generated by AI?

No, we do not use AI in our artwork.
Every piece is handcrafted by our artists with care and precision.
As proof of our manual creation process, we can provide an image of the line drawing (sketch) stage upon request.
However, since the production schedule is limited, please contact us within 6 hours after placing your order.(After 6 hours, the coloring process may begin, and we may no longer be able to provide the line drawing.)

What if I don't like my pet portrait?

If you don't like your custom artwork we
will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

If I have multiple pets but don’t have a photo of them together, how should I proceed?

Separate photos are perfectly fine.
Please upload one photo per pet, and we will combine them into a single portrait.

Can you draw animals other than dogs and cats?

We can handle any animal except insects!
