The design items are as follows:
- Photo: 1 photo
- If using a photo, it will be displayed fully on the case.
- If using an illustration, only the head will be drawn. Drawing additional parts requires an additional fee.
- If you choose "illustration + flower crown," guidance on the flower crown will be provided once the pet's illustration is complete.
[Photo Quality Requirements]
A photo resolution of approximately 300 dpi is sufficient. Photos taken with a smartphone are generally acceptable.
[Process for Using Portraits or Watercolors]
- The designer will create the portrait or watercolor illustration.
- Once ready, we will ask you to confirm the illustration.
- After confirmation, we will show you a preview image of the design on the smartphone case.
- You may make one revision to the layout.
- We will proceed with creating the smartphone case.
If you are using a photo, the process will start from step 3 above, with the entire photo placed on the case.
If you are ordering a portrait or watercolor painting, please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders.
- Portrait sketches will be sent within 10 days.
- Watercolor sketches will be sent within 5 days.
The phone case will be shipped 5-10 days after you have reviewed the image preview.
