1. Can I review the artwork before it is shipped?
  Yes, we will send you an email with the artwork for your review before shipping.

2. Can you include more than one pet in a single artwork?
  Yes, we can.

3. Can I order a watercolor or portrait of a human instead of a pet?  
  Yes, you can. Simply upload your preferred photo on the relevant page to place your order.

4. Can you paint animals other than cats and dogs?  
  Yes, we can create portraits of any animals, except insects.

5. Do you have any requirements for the background of the uploaded photo?
  No specific requirements. As long as the pet (or person) is clearly visible, it will be fine.

6. What if the completed artwork doesn’t match my expectations?
  We will send the completed artwork via email for your review. If you have any comments, we will make adjustments accordingly. If we don’t receive a response within three days, we will proceed with the delivery as is.
