Order Process

Select the frame size and color, upload a photo of your pet, and complete your application.
2. Review the Sketch
We will send you a sketch via email from KissPaw. Once you've reviewed and approved it, we will proceed with the shipping arrangements.
3. Receive Your Artwork
Once your artwork arrives, display it in your favorite spot!
Our Workflow
1. We will review your order. If the provided photos are at unclear angles or difficult to see, our staff will reach out to you via email.
2. Our team is dedicated to capturing your pet as perfectly as possible. The process takes approximately 2-7 business days. Once completed, we will send the artwork to you for your approval.
3. After receiving your approval, we proceed with printing. We use a specialized printing machine for oil paintings and the highest quality industry-standard inks. Once printed, our staff performs a double-check to ensure quality.
4. We carefully package your product and ship it to you. We hope you look forward to receiving it!
